Ireland’s only independent radio and audio advertising specialist, The Radio Room is on the lookout for a part-time client service manager.

The role will involve getting ear-deep in the 36+ radio stations in Ireland and researching, planning, presenting and managing phenomenal-value campaigns for clients; not just on radio but also on music streaming and podcast platforms. If it’s audible, we’re all over it!


Servicing clients. Delivering a great customer experience is at the heart of what we do.

Research and planning. Preparing insights and recommendations for clients based on their target customers and budgets.

Brand-matching. Identifying great commercial opportunities and keeping clients up to date on suitable advertising, promotions, sponsorship, or digital opportunities.

Lead generation and management. Responding to incoming enquiries and recruiting new clients to radio and audio.

Creative management. Working closely with clients on production briefs and promotional scripts.


Day to day responsibilities:

  • Preparing tailored insights based on clients’ target audiences and budgets.
  • Preparing compelling airtime plans and commercial solutions for clients.
  • Managing campaign administration.
  • Spreading the word about The Radio Room services and talking to business-owners and marketeers about radio and audio opportunities.
  • Preparing production briefs and liaising between clients, copywriters, voiceovers and commercial production studios.
  • Monitoring active campaigns to ensure that they are hitting all the relevant targets.
  • Providing post-campaign reports along with observations and future recommendations.


We are looking for a new team member who is:

  • Enthusiastic with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Self-driven with the ability to work independently.
  • confident communicator with strong pitching skills so that you can respond accurately to briefs and sell ideas to Agencies and Direct clients.
  • Creative and commercially minded. Understanding what makes engaging commercial messages and looking at ways to bring a client’s message to life.
  • A multi-tasker, with strong numeracy skills.
  • Excellent at paying attention to detail. Making sure that insights, plans, briefs and reports are managed efficiently and accurately.
  • Highly efficient at MS Office (particularly excel and PowerPoint). Knowledge of Adserve, HubSpot and Sage systems is a bonus, but not essential.


Location:           Remote (with some colleague and client meet ups)
